Algunas aproximaciones a Terencio

Abstract

This publication literally reproduces a lecture read by the author during a course entitled 'Latin Comedy' in collaboration with Ph.D. A. López at the Center of Latin Studies of the University of La Plata in September 2010, and it consists of a journey through some important aspects related to Terentius? Comedies (life, comedies in general, chronology, models, comic strategies, editions and Spanish translations, survival). Mainly, the author makes reference to the status quaestionis as it was in 2007, publication date of Comedia Romana by A. López and A. Pociña, highlighting those aspects still pending new approaches as well as other aspects bound to be undoubtedly improved if due attention is paid to them
